Hello Joe,
The mentioned rules are applied to Windows Firewall only.
Command line access to AVG Firewall's configuration is not possible due to security reasons.

Thank you for you answer, Mr. Miloslav.
So are you saying that disabling access to certain IP is not possible using AVG Internet Security? People who want to disable access to certain IP should NOT use AVG Internet Security?
I have AVG Internet Security 2013 and using Firewall from this program system.
I was looking for solution to blocking certain IP from command line.
I thought i could use command line like this:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="SomeRuleName" dir=out remoteip=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX protocol=any profile=any action=block
(where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the remote IP i want to block.)
After entering that command i can see the rule is set by requesting information from comman line:
netsh advfirewall firewall show rule name="SomeRuleName"
and the result:
Rule Name: SomeRuleName
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Enabled: Yes
Direction: Out
Profiles: Domain,Private,Public
Grouping:
LocalIP: Any
RemoteIP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/32
Protocol: Any
Edge traversal: No
Action: Block
Ok.
but that doesnt not seem to work with mentioned AVG Internet Security 2013 and its Firewall.
What do I need to do to set and delete rules in that firewall from command line?
