End of subscription

We regret for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, we see that you  have 2 active AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer). Once license is valid till 5/8/2018 and another license is good till 6/4/2017. Also you have AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) till 6/4/2017. The Auto renewal option for all the AVG products are Turned On. That's the reason you have received an email regarding the Auto renewal. We have successfully cancelled the subscription for one AVG Antivirus and PC Tuneup license . So that you will be having only AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) active subscription which is good till 5/8/2018 .

why is it that when you end an subscription and have a reply from AVG that it is awknowledged and will be ended on 3 june 2017 that they yust as well withdray another payment for another year.
I am so fed up with this way of doing business.
