I'd like to not renew my subscription as told by the email I just recieved from you. I have tried make sure my subscription is not renewed via my account site, but there is no possibility given there nor is there in the FAQ-section, therefor I ask you.

PS. I do not need a how to, as the once I've found on my accountpage and in FAQ. I'd be glad if you just could give me a confirmation that my subscription will not be renewed. I am happy with my previous purchase but I have no longer use of your services.
