Ending free trial

On checking the auto-renewal for AVG TuneUp 60-day trial was cancelled on 5/19/20. However, you have received an email to renew manually.

You can ignore the email as you will not be charged for it.

I'm no satisfied with my 60 day trial so have chosen to end it. However I got an email today saying the trial would expire as I requested but there's a "billing amount" listed on the end of the email of €44,99?? This is a free trial and I'm not renewing it so how am I being billed?
please fix this AVG or I will be forced to block the transaction.

If this is not the case then I would argue that your email correspondence is deliberately misleading to encourage people to renew. Not ok.
