This is my letter to AVG. Cancel my subscription to your VPN, Tune UP, and Virus Protection.
I already unchecked my auto renewal feature, so that should be enough, however I remember something about needing to send you an email 30 days before subscription ending. This email letter is that document. Your far to pricey and not competitive for you software.
