I was prompted to update my AVG security yesterday. Since then my enhanced firewall is not working ( will not switch on) and my VPN is not working either , says ‘not possible to establish a connection’.I cannot access the internet via google or the AVG secure browser.
I am not a computer expert but am working from home so really need to access the internet. Can anyone help me please?

Please change to different P2P/optimal locations in AVG Secure VPN and check with the internet.
Reset AVG Internet Security settings and check with the program.
Follow the below steps to reset the program settings.
Open AVG Internet Security –> click Menu –>select Settings –> click Troubleshooting –> Scroll down to the “Reset All Settings” section and click on “Reset to Default“ –> Reboot the computer.
