Since I've upgraded my AVG it seems the Enhanced Firewall is blocking my WAMP Server.  I can access it via http://localhost if I disable the Enhanced Firewall but I don't want it disabled.  And I can't figure out how to write in an exception to allow it to run without turning it off.
