Enhanced Firewall blocks casting

Running AVG Internet Sec'y with unlimited device subscription on a Win10 device, latest build; running config includes Enhanced Firewall.  All drivers updated to latest, issue has been manifesting for some time, but I've tried unsuccessfully to resolve on my own.

With firewall active, casting of YouTube or other web sites to either of 2 smart TVs in the house simply will not work.  This laptop does not see either TV as available to cast to, unless I turn the firewall off.  My home network's entire IP range is listed under 'Friends'; my wifi SSID is set as 'Private'; under Policies - Preferences, the option is ticked for all connections with Friends in Private mode; under System Rules, every rule is enabled; and under Packet rules, the only change I've made is to move DNS & DHCP allow rules to the top of the list, as part of my attempt to get casting to work in my home environment.  FYI–I'm a senior admin on a UK IT system, so am very familiar with networking terms and operations, but haven't been able to identify what packets are being blocked.

Suggestions?
