Enhanced firewall is turned off , you only have a basic firewall

Please follow the below steps & let us know if it helps :
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Troubleshooting (in left pane) - Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option - Restart your computer once.

I have read trough, a few right ups, on resetting the firewall, but all seem to fail.
1 went to menu
2 clicked on troubleshoting
3 done a repair tool scan, after all this it is currently the same.
4 it reads ENHANCED FIREWALL IS TURNED OFF.
5.is it possible to uninstall the whole AVG ,and download a new one???
Will this solve the problem.
