Hi Hans, 
This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Kindly use clear from the below link and uninstall the AVG : 
https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover
Restart the PC and reinstall the AVG to fix this issue.

Hi

When I clicked on the Internet Security meny this Message came up
- ENHANCED FIREWALL IS TURNED OFF

So I clicked on the Red button -TURN ON - but nothing happens

So am I doing something wrong?
