Please reset the program settings and check with Firewall. Follow the below steps to reset the settings.
Open AVG Internet Security –> click Menu –> select Settings –> click Troubleshooting –> Scroll down to the “Reset All Settings” section and click on “Reset to Default. “ –> Reboot the PC.

Today I had a small update in AVG Ultimate. After updating AVG pop up showed up again telling I need to turn on the Enhanced Firewall. When I click Turn On, it tells me Enhanced Firewall is unavailable. (see image)
