As much as I like AVG this issue could make me look for other solutions, but let me get to the point.
On the Enhanced Firewall tab and on Applications rules I set it up to ASK instead of Auto decide.
This should be a straight forward procedure but… that selection change at least 3-4 times a month from Ask to Auto decide with out my permission.
I like personally to control my outbound connections and that's why i choose AVG, but it seems not function as I desire.
And yes, I uninstall and Install AVG many times trying to fix the problem. Is that a kind of bug?

Run the file and when you get AVG clear window loading, you will get a prompt with Yes and No option. Click on "No" and then select "Uninstall" to proceed with the removal.
Restart the PC when the prompt appears and then install AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection
