Could you be specific with your concern as it wasn't entirely clear?
Are you referring to application rules set for programs in Enhanced Firewall component of AVG Internet Security?
We could not find the subscription for AVG Internet Security on the account that you provided for AVG community. Is it registered on a different email address?

I'm super paranoid, have settings to always ask for new connection although always remember ticked, whenever I reboot it asks for the same programs again, anyone know why or could I have a trojan?
