We are shocked to know that AVG enhanced firewall informing your Public IP address being blocked.
Public IP address are provided by Internet service providers, and they are not constant.
They are dynamic in nature, which means the Public IP address change often.
Could you please help us with the screenshot of AVG informing about the IP being blocked?
I suppose a particular service related to a particular port being blocked and not the entire IP.
On the Enhanced Firewall logs, under connection details, there will be a drop down, please click on it and view the details.
Please share the screenshot of the Enhanced firewall logs along with the connection details information, so that we can check & help you accordingly.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello i had my brother ping my public ip outside of my network., and the enhanced firewall says it blocked it, But in reality it did not. he was able to ping me, And i got no notification about it. The logs says it is being blocked but i dont think it is. I have also tried turning on the AVG VPN and he was still able to ping me after changing my IP. I think that the vpn ping should work because vpn is just masking my real ip. But the pinging i dont get when i told my avg firewall to block it all.
