Enhanced Firewall

i have AVG Ultimate and i have had the pro installed on my laptop for over a yr but for some reason i can not get the enhanced firewall. i have reinstalled it twice now and still it hasn't downloaded. Any ideas on how to fix this please

there is no firewall circle it does not show at all on the protection part. The tune up keeps telling me to download it, but i seem not to be able to get it. I dont understand as it has downloaded on to my husband's laptop no problem at all.

Victoria, Firewall component will be present only in AVG Protection program. You can click on Protection circle and you will get the AVG Internet Security program dashboard. When you click on Firewall circle does it display as error or install now?
Please restart your PC once and try installing AVG Performance and let us know the status of it.
