We're glad to help you with this. Please follow the below steps & let us know if it helps :
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Troubleshooting (in left pane) - Scroll down to the "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option - Restart your computer.

I'm running Windows 8 - I'm being told that Enhanced AVG Firewall is not turned on and is not available. I'm unable to turn it on when I try. Any ideas?
