I turned enhanced firewall then tried to turn it on again , but every attempt has failed. I went into settings that did not work. Redownloaded internet security.
Alright, Jonathan. Sometimes, this might happen due to the presence of any other antivirus on your computer.
Please let us know what happens exactly while trying to enable firewall from settings. Do you receive any error message?
For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the AVG interface that shows that Firewall is disabled.
