I understand this must be upsetting.
We are aware of this issue and need to analyse log files for identifying the root cause of the issue.
An email instruction has been sent to get connected with our additional support.
They will be able to collect log files and then proceed to fix your issue with AVG Firewall.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
I got a notification that the Enhanced Firewall isn't active. When I go to turn it on, it won't. I tried in general settings, and it still reads as off. I click on it and nothing happens.
I am having the same issue. Read in a different post to run repair function and restart but that did not work. Can you provide a solution?
