As per our records, you paid for only AVG Performance multidevice and if it is on Protection component you are experiencing the issue, it is because you did not pay for it. AVG no longer lets me scan drives on my windows platform because it keeps covering the option keys with a screen to "Buy Now" which covers and blocks access to the scan options. This is so ennoying… Should I go back to Mcaffee ?
