AVG protection has a serial # and when asked to enter unique code, it will not accept and says to enter a "valid code".  I tried retrieve a code but since I dont have a code to begin with, I cannot retrieve a code. The license is suppose to have 30 characters.  Is GuruAid reputable?  They want to access my computer to "fix it". I dont trust names I have not heard of.
