Hello David,
Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/ActivateNewLN to activate the AVG Internet security program. If you couldn't find the activate button under the Option you might have installed the AVG program with the Zen Interface. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.  
Please  click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
4. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.

Thanks Kishore. After using the AVG_Remover tool and reinstalling AVG Internet Security I was able to register  the key. Your instructions were informative and perfrctly pinpointed my problem.

I have a trial version of ÄVG Internet Protection that expires in 9 days.
My wife recently bought a licence for ÄVG Internet Protection on 3 computers but I cannot find where to enter the registration code on my copy.
I followed the instructions in the help file and on your web site, but under the OPTIONS heading REGISTER does not exist on my copy of ÄVG Internet Protection.
I can only "Purchase Now", but I don't need another licence.
How can I register my ÄVG Internet Protection?
