Enter wrong email when trying for the subscription

I subscribed to your free trial since I genuinely want to try it, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address. How can I change the subscription to my right email, since I cannot even access it in the nonexistent email right now?

Hi @Odilia_M , for this issue, you will need to contact our support to get the email associated with this order fixed:

  1. Go to Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support
  2. Select - Account & Billing - Purchase & Renewal help - Upgrade my subscription.
  3. Click the “Get support” button at the bottom.
  4. Contact AVG support team via the respective support channel (phone or chat).
