Entering activation code process for AVG Ultimate unlimited devices

Sorry for the inconvenience. The postal and Zip codes are same.
What would be the exact error message that you see?

In the process of entering the activation code (from a retail purchased product) for the AVG Ultimate, the "postal code" is required on the second screen (with name, email address, etc)…  What is a "postal code"?  The zip code, state, nor counry do not work…
