Entering Licence Number after Computer Crash

Hello Peter,

I am sorry to hear this. Do you have the Menu option when you open the AVG Internet Security dashboard?
If yes, please click on it and select "About–>click on Subscription"
You will find the option on the subscription window to enter the license number.
Please enter and activate the program. Once activated you will be able to view the expiry date from which you can confirm whether it is perfectly activated or not.

Hi,
i have a 2 year licence from 2016 for AVG Internet Security.
I had a major computer crash and i had to re-install AVG.
I could not find anywhere input my licence, so downloaded a trial.
Where can I input my licence?. I did not have an account before.
