I am trying to enter a Malawi phone number into my Identity dashboard but the only option is a UK number which is greyed out and cannot be changed, please help.
Try typing your Malawi number in the full international format — that’s +265 followed by your local number without the leading zero (like +265 9XX XXX XXX). Sometimes the system just reads the number format and ignores that greyed-out UK label, so it might still accept it.
If that doesn’t work, it’s probably a limitation of the dashboard itself. In that case, your best move is to contact AVG Support directly they can manually add non-UK numbers on their end. Let us know how it goes!
