Hello Dina,
We regret the inconvenience caused. Could you please provide us the screen shot of the Virus which you are getting so that we can check and assist you better ?
Thank you. Joyson, AVG Customer care.
is there any news about problem i have send please ?
I also have been infected by the .wallet ransomware. The screen is similar the one Dina showed us. I've tried several decryptors with no avail. I have plenty of files if they're needed by AVG to find a proper decryption.
I believe there is now a decryptor by a certain competing brand beginning with K and ending in Y that can decrpyt this. Goodluck!
Do You have any solution for this virus please ALL MY FILES HAVE BEEN ENCRUPTED

It appears that your antivirus missed this one. You can get a program called Malwarebytes to try and remove it, but your files are probably lost unless you had them backed up somewhere.

DINA, I assume that you appreciate your virus may well probably be a form of ransomware.
