Epson Printer constantly off line

My new Epson Printer is constantly off line.  I have to delete the printer and reinstall it to get it to work.

Please let us know the AVG programs (name) that are installed on your computer & clarify whether you suspect AVG, since when this issue occurred (at what instance). 
Also, let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue.

Please disable the Enhanced Firewall feature on AVG Internet Security to check what's causing the issue.
