Buon giorno mi chiamo Pier Giuseppe Grosso e sono stato un vostro cliente, il giorno 04/02/2020 mi sono stati addebbitati sulla mia carta di credito due pagamenti uno da € 34.99 e l'altro da € 109.99 a favore di DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGY IRELAND, come potete vedere dagli allegati sono stati annullati per mail da AVG in data 05/03/2018 e 18/06/2019, inoltre sempre in allegato non risulta in AVG nessuna sottoscrizione da parte mia in loro favore.
Pertanto chiedo la immediata restituzione delle somme addebbitate e la cancellazione dei dati della mia carta di credito dai vostri archivi se ciò non dovesse accadere mi rivolgero alle autorità competenti.
Ho scritto anche una mail alla Digital ed attendo sue in merito.
