This looks like the issue is due to old traces of AVG.
You have both AVG Internet Security license and TuneUp - Unlimited Devices subscription.
Before providing the troubleshooting, would you like to migrate the Internet Security to unlimited devices subscription?

I keep getting error Oxe001f94e when trying to install additional components of AVG. Additionally Virus protection indicates it needs to be updated. I do and it says update successful but AVG still continues to tell me to update.and remains red.

But need instruction on how to do, I suspected it was due to double or outdated AVG
