Erroneously billed for subscription; I don't use AVG

I found a charge on my credit card and called the number.  Some guy struggling with English told me he worked for Digital River and gave me this website.  I don't have AVG on any of my devices, and I am trying to speak with someone at this company, but have not been able to communicate with anyone.  Anyone have a number for these people?
