Error 0x0070643

Hi there.

First, to AVG, please make getting technical support simpler. 

I installed Win10. Accepted the Premium trial for AVG. My laptop went unused for a few days and the new battery died. I swtiched it back on and an AVG diabox pops up: "Invalid license. Please enter your license key to use product or reinstall." Since I am using the Free version with the P trial, I went to reinstall without uninstalling (I've done this before and had no issues). It got to the "extraction files" point but went no further. Next I tried to unistall the product but both Zen, Protection and all other AVG files would not remove. After the first attempt at removing Protection, it now shows "unavailable" on the Remove Programs screen. I then tried to repair it. At the end of the process, AVG said it could not repair the program and that I should contact technical support, citing Error code 0x0070643. Can anyone help, please? A system restore is out of the question as I cannot restore any of my drivers. Thank you.
