Error 0x800706ba

Hello Michael, 

AVG product does not block the installation of iCloud for windows. If you think AVG Internet Security causing it, you can just disable AVG program and check whether you can install it. 

Refer the below article to know how to disable AVG components :

I run Outlook on Windows 10 on my PC and synchronise this with contacts and calendar in iCloud using iCloud for Windows. The synchronisation stopped working so I deleted iCloud for Windows and reinstalled it

At the end of the install it failed giving error code 0x800706ba

1. I have AVG Internet Security. Could this product be causing this problem?
2. If so is there an AVG tweak that could fix this problem?
3. If not there an AVG product (Tuner or Driver Updater) that can fix this problem?
