In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I have tried using TuneUp AVG cleaner for IOS and get the Unexpected Error 0xC0070422. I am using a PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and iPhone 4S version 8.1.2.
