don't think anyone has any idea on this,as it says above the remover tool does not work with the AVG ZEN APPLICATION(IF INSTALLED) I COPIED AND PASTED THIS FROM YOUR SITE PEOPLE HAVE TRIED THE UNINSTALLER TOOL 2 OR 3 TIMES AND IT DIDNT MAKE A JOT OF DIFFERENCE SO IF YOU THINK I AM GOING TO WASTE MY TIME ALSO THEN THINK AGAIN I JUST WANT A SIMPLE AND EASY WAY OF UNINSTALLING THIS AVG ZEN OFF MY COMPUTER BUT AFTER COMING HERE I SUPPOSE I WILL JUST END UP LEAVING IT ON TILL THE COMPUTER DIES THEN I CAN GET A NEW ONE WITHOUT AVG ON IT THANKYOU HAVE A NICE DAY AND GET SOME ADDITIONAL TRAINING I AM NOW LOGGING OFF THIS SITE AND NEVER COMING BACK LOL.SO NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR TIME REPLYING TALK RUBBISH TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS THE WAY I SEE IT YOU HAVE MESSED UP BIG TIME
