I am also repeatedly getting this error message when I try to install AVG Free on an Acer Aspire Switch 10E with Windows 10 Home (32 bit).  I've done all the Windows updates, tried installing AVG Free, tried the AVG removing tool from links in other posts on this same subject and installing AVG Free again.  I keep getting the same Error Code: 0xC0070643 and Description: Event Exec_finished.  Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
