Hello,
Thank you for your answers. Without succes with AVG_Remover_en.exe & AVG_ResetAccess.exe. It was impossible to delete Tuneup and AVG. The responasable of this was the free version of tune up i have install before zen. I have make a restauration of C: and after e reinstallation of AVG itwas all ok

 i have tested AVG_ResetAccess.exe without success.
What sould i do ?
