Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications. If not, please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled please follow the instructions on the article http://avgread.me/1cvJ6DX to reinstall your AVG program.

 tried to install internet security but error 0xC0070643 always comes back even after using the removal tool.  the same problem occurs when installing the trial version. Am running in admin mode and also tried standard. ideas please

I have tried this and I have turned off the firewall. I am still getting the same responce and the same error. 
 It is disappointing I am her son and I am the one that talked her into using this software over another. I have upgraded to Win 10 and still no luck installing. I have not had this issue before.
