Are you trying to install our trial, paid or free version of AVG program?
May I know whether you have installed any other third party antivirus installed on your PC?
Do you get as "Description: event exec finished" error along with this error code 0xC0070643?

I am getting error 0xC0070643 when installing AVG. Any ideas what to do? How to solve this?
