AVG Internet Security - Unlimited

The installation fails with error 0xE001050B 
-I have tried re-installing 4 times 
-I don't have another antivirus software installed on my system
-Tried installing the AVG Free version but get the same error!?
-I have an active internet connection
-What's the problem?
