i have uninstalled all av programs, i have tried avg remover and avg resetaccess. i have tried installing via a download from website and from the zen panel, but i get error 0x0e0018d06 every time.
i submitted a support but they only wanted me to call with a ticket number, but i am not willing to call internationally.
please help

This error is caused in the online installer. We suggest you to remove the Zen version of AVG from your computer and then install the AVG Internet Security from offline installer http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_x86_697.exe (32 bit operating system) http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_x64_696.exe (64 bit operating system). This should fix this installation error.

thanks for the quick reply. i already uninstalled zen. i got it working on my own. i deleted the avg dir that was left over and deleted the reg. settings left over for avg and everything install nicely.
