Are you unable to access your saved PST files? Do you get error messages at the time of sending or receing emails? Are you unable to work on MS Outlook? If you are facing all these issues and wants to get rid of it completely then you should use PST Repair Tool. You can click on the link to read more information about the tool.

Hi all

I'm having a real lot of trouble installing 2015 antivirus free on my mother's computer.  I keep getting the popup saying:
Error message: MFA is already running and only one instance is allowed at a time.
Error code: 0xE001D026

No matter what I try thanks to online suggestions, absolutely nothing works.  I have a feeling my mother's computer got a virus which caused IE11 to not open and deleted her outlook pst file (i recovered the file thankfully).  I did every windows update I could and then tried to scan with 2014 free but nothing was working.  I thought i'd uninstall 2014 free and now i cant put anything back on to the computer.  i even tried avast free and it just does the start up screen, then closes and wont go any further.

programs like malwarebytes fixed a few issues (program now uninstalled), windows has all been updated, i've cleaned the registry, i've run the avg remover program, i've tried everything, but still i get the error message.

the computer is running windows 7 64bit.  any suggestions?  i'm out of ideas and unfortunately running without an antivirus :s

hi i've received an invite to have an AVG tech have a look at the computer using the LogMeIn Rescue option.  How long does the program take to connect?  The screen just says
Connecting…
Checking connection setttings… (or somthing similar)
Connecting…    

Yesterday I left the computer for 45 minutes and nothing went further than that.  It was then 4pm your time so I turned off the computer.  How long should it take to connect or am I doing something wrong?

Hi  I just tried installing AVG 2015 in safe mode, but unfortunately I still get the same error.  Any other options? Thanks!
