I am sorry to hear that you are unable to install AVG Antivirus and get error. Please do not worry, this error is caused if you have any old traces of AVG still present in your computer. Please run this AVG remover tool http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe and then initiate the installation of AVG AntiVirus.
Note: Once the removal of AVG is complete, go to C Drive and delete the AVG remover folder. After which you can install AVG AntiVirus from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_1924.exe and activate the product using the license number you have. If you face any difficulties, please feel free to contact us.

this is the error when trying to install avg antivirus on my laptop is anyone else getting this error. does anybody know why we are getting it , or how to fix it
