Hi i use the remove tool, it told me that the is no trace of AVG on my PC before i ran the program but i ran it anyway.

Hey i tried to install and download AVG Zen some times now but it keep giving me the Error 0xe006001c, saying i got a problem with my internet connecting (im not using wireless)

Thank you for the information, once you run the remover tool, please restart the computer and delete the AVG remover tool file from C drive. After which you will be able to install AVG.

It still dont work and i get the same error, but this time it got to the installation part, fast go to that point, but stay there in 10 min, and then tell me that there a problems with my internet connection

Daniel, we are sorry to know that you still got error. Could you please check if there is any other security software installed in your computer? if there is any remove the same and see if you are able to install AVG.
