Hello.
Sorry if my English is not very fluent. I have not found a technical support in Spanish for my problem with my AVG, this forum is my last resort to find a solution.A few days ago, my AVG was automatically updated to version 17.4.3014. Since then, turning off my computer I get an error message, it is very brief, maybe it appears on the screen 2 seconds before my windows XP is closed. I had to record it with my cell phone to be able to compose it, it says:
"AvDump32.exe - Application Error.
The exception software exception (0x40000015) exception occurred at address 0x00454d08.
Click OK to end this program."
I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem. My old computer is my daily tool of work and I worry that this error is serious. Thanks greetings.
