Thanks - How do I 'repair' the program. The closest I can find is 'update' and I am told that I have the latest version.

I have clicked the gear Icon but no option to schedule scans appears. I have a screen print but can's find how to upload this.

It helps the user to view or manage all other devices. We request you to try repairing your AVG Program once and check the issue. You can schedule Scans by clicking on the Gear Icon and then selecting Schedule Scan.

Hope someone can help. Recently AVG ZEN was installed on my machine - not sure why. SInce this happened the AVG logo on the toolbar has an '!" on it. Hovering give the message 'Error - Click for more info' - clicking give the AVG ZEN screen - but this does not show any errors.

I can access the AVG antivirus free screen. However, I am now unable to specify a time for updates and scans.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the "!" on the logo? How do I specify schedules? Why have I got AVG ZEN?

Hi Harold, I have seen the screenshots, In this case to repair the AVG, Please follow the below process.
Start->control panel->Program(uninstall a program)->select AVG and repair it.
