Hello,
My parents' computer recently updated to Windows 10 and I noticed that AVG refused to update. I completely removed AVG and attempted to reinstall it and receive the error listed above. I have attempted the same process a few times to no avail.
Can someone please help me out with this?
Thank you.
Thank you. This process helped. However now there is a new issue - I attempted to reinstall AVG Internet Security Full for one computer and use my parents' current licence, however I am being told that the licence number is 'incomplete'. I double-checked and there are the exact number of digits in the licence number, but program is not accepting the licence number. The licence should be good for another year at the least.
Can someone please help me out with this new issue?
Thank you.
