Absolutely disappointed that after two failed remote sessions with the AVG Technicians, my only way forward is to uninstall everything and go with another provider.
The first technician gave up as he couldn't resolve the issue.
The second techinician chose to reset everything back to default, even although nothing had been changed to begin with, and said that it appears to be working fine. This technician also said if I have any further issues my problem is Outlook.
Why is it that if I uninstall AVG everything works fine? To be perfectly honest I am very very disappointed in AVG's customer service and its products. All of them.

This is driving me barmy. Everything works fine if I uninstall AVG, but the minute I reinstall it, it won't work. I've been at this for a month now!
