I have needed to reinstall when I start up my computer, I've uninstalled and when I try to reinstall I get an error message: Unexpected error. Sorry, we've run into a problem during installation. (Error code: 0xa0010004).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for providing screenshot. Please follow below instructions to reinstall AVG Free Antivirus in your PC:
* Please search for "command prompt" in start menu of your computer and right click on it and select 'run as administrator'.
* Once command prompt is open, please enter this command "ipconfig/flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter key.
* Then type this command "netsh winsock reset" (without quotes) and hit enter key.
Restart your PC once and use this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free ) to reinstall AVG Free Antivirus in your PC.
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot to proceed further.

Here is the screenshot of error message. I'm trying to download the free antivirus including the 30-day trial of VPN. I have paid for a recommended VPV (Pure VPN) which has turned out to be a complete dud. AVG VPN has worked well so far except for the install problems & I would like to get this sorted out before the 30-day trial is over.
