I am still not happy. I tried as you have explained, and I got exactly the same result. Ultime installing to 60% and stops. When I go in via Zen, I can see that TuneUp is not installed, and that it has not registered it to be a part of my package.
The antivires part has come to 87% and is stopped there.

In other word, exactly the same status as it have been all the time. I have had one from chat to enter my pc remotely (with reference to "#04548225"). Same result.

How long before I can ask for my money back ? I have used 3 days of my sparetime to try to solve the problem. Please…

Having the same exact problem,just nonsence…LOL

Trying to install AVG Ultimate and get the above error code. Have tried to discuss with support by chat, but with no solution.
After several hours of work on the problem, it seems that I have a license problem, or more precise, AVG has a problem.
I have succeeded to install on two machine, one with antivirus and one with TuneUp. No one recognize my license to the Ultimate version, but I am able to "try" for 30 days.

Any ideas will be welcome
