Please check if you are using Windows XP services pack 3 and above.

Hello,
According to order 704-0545759 in vain I try to install AVG Tune Up on my computer vid Windows XP (used for old programs). I receive following error code 0xc007001d. What does the code mean? 
I like  AVG programs more than my computer does.
